    The list below is meant to help you develop an approximate cost for your new home construction. By getting quotes on all aspects of the building process you will be better positioned to stay within budget. After you receive all quotes it is suggested to add an additional 10% for unknown costs and inflation on materials; for most quotes are only good for 30 days.
