This page has been divided into three cost type sections: administrative, sub-contractor and material. There is overlap amongst these themes but this design seems most fitting. It will help develop an approximate cost for your new home construction.

To our clients, I bring fifteen (15) years of professional log home building experience to a project. Our projects range from custom handcrafted log wall packages to basic log home maintenance (e.g. exterior staining). We are one of only a few log home companies to offer a stockade or vertical style log home. I have researched log home construction and understand what is involved to construct a strong durable, long lasting product.

We had a successful 2010 building season by ending the season with the delivery of a 24' X 24' stockade style log garage with a loft. We've started 2011 with several log home renovations. We have been receiving many enquiries for 2011. If you're interested in building this year please do not delay.
